Avidity Integrated Care was established in 2021 in North Carolina. Our company was founded by a group of healthcare professionals who saw the need for more patient-centered care in the community. Our vision is to provide the best care for our community through our services. We aim to provide a caring, nurturing, and supportive environment for individuals who need daily living assistance, as well as for those with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. We provide them with the right support for better health outcomes and ensure independence.
